Warranty Policy
TERM
All On Set Electrics, LLC (OSE) products excluding internal battery packs are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Internal battery packs are warranted for six (6) months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
SCOPE
This is a non-transferable warranty that extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage due to accident, careless handling, abuse or misuse, and/or installation, improper electrical contact, wet or overly dusty location or other improper operating environment, improper electrical connection, charging or grounding, servicing not authorized by On Set Electrics, and/or improper packaging during warranty return shipping.
Items covered under warranty as determined by On Set Electrics will be repaired or replaced at its discretion. This warranty does not extend to or include consequential damage.
SHIPPING
Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item to On Set Electrics. Once the warranty claim has been evaluated and completed, On Set Electrics will return the item to the customer via UPS or FedEx Ground services at no additional charge. If a more expedited shipping method is requested, the additional cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
For all service, including warranty repair, please contact On Set Electronics prior to sending in your product for repair to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number may experience delays in repair.
