I love the 610Duo for a few reasons. First, it outputs 12VDC and 24VDC simultaneously, 2 ports for each. Second, it acts as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for the Power Slice when AC power is unavailable. Thus, I can expect really long battery life for my equipment. Third, it has a small footprint. I need each element of my cart to be as light as possible, so I maximize its utility without it getting unreasonably heavy. I typically use a laptop for jobs, so the 610Duo, at 19lbs, is a great substitute for a 45lb rack mounted UPS! Last, its battery charger is built into the battery, so it's charged with a single power cable! I consider this an essential piece of gear for me on set."
